Haunted Hundred Bike Ride for Sea Turtle Hospital - Salty Turtle Cycling Club

About this Nominee

Now in it's third year open to the public, the Haunted Hundred is a 100k/50k cycling event on the last Sunday of October that raises funds for the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. Run 100% by volunteers with the Salty Turtle Cycling Club (a 501c7 not-for-profit social organization), the event welcomes 100+ cyclists to the area, raising awareness for the sea turtle hospital and bringing together community. In the previous two events, $13,700 has been donated to the turtles, and we aim to add much more to that this year. Thank you for learning about our event and for supporting the turtles!
