A Beach Place Realty is a family owned and operated real estate company specializing in vacation rentals, property management, and real estate sales on Topsail Island and the surrounding mainland. The company was started in 2002, and our staff has over 35 years of experience in property management and customer service. We work closely with our in-house construction / home remodeling company, Bayan Construction, Inc., for quick responsive home repairs and maintenance.
