Started as a student with a passion for yoga and have become a teacher with a strong desire to share its transformative power with others. Originally from Virginia and then San Diego, CA, I moved to Surf City with to live a peaceful beach life, raise my kiddos by the ocean, and bring more yoga and lots of community to our little beach town! Join me as we explore the union of breath and movement and balance - on and off the mat!
