Andrew Sanderson, Owner of Topsail Outdoor Living 🌴

Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, I spent my summers at Topsail Beach, where my love for the outdoors began. After earning a degree in Turfgrass Science from NC State, I launched Sanderson Lawn Management in 2009. In 2012, I moved to Surf City full-time, bringing my passion for landscaping with me.

Seeing a need for high-quality outdoor spaces, I founded Topsail Outdoor Living, specializing in creating custom outdoor designs that exceed expectations. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my wife Katie, our baby girl Josie and our dog Roni, enjoying life on the coast or cheering on NC State!
